1.Instructions for use

How do I know if I have iwarm 3 or iwarm 4 panels?

We can judge the version used through the corresponding manuals of the two versions or from the single-ring/multi-ring of the controller appearance. But because the customer may customize the logo of the controller, it can only be judged from the manual/tag. Therefore, we suggest that the brand should put the corresponding version on the garment to distinguish them.

How does the stand-by mode work?

When the customer takes off the heating garment, there is no need to turn off the controller, because the iwarm system can automatically recognize that the garment is in a complete static state at this time. After three minutes, the controller will turn off and enter the standby mode (it means the garment stop heating). When the customer puts on the clothes again, the controller will turn on and return to that heating mode/temperature before turning off.

  • ◎Connect power bank:
    Take out the USB of the iwarm product. Connect the USB with the power bank correctly and then the product can be used.
  • ◎Switch mode:
    When the product is powered on, it runs at mode 1 (White light) by default. Then, press the controller in sequence, it runs mode 2 (Orange light), mode 3 (Red light), standby mode (Light off). And the product will automatically adjust to mode 1 after 3 hours heating at mode 3 or mode 2

    Take out the USB of the iwarm product. Connect the USB with the power bank correctly and then the product can be used

    Search for the App and download it
    For IOS,search for "iwarm3" in the App Store or on our website and download it.
    For Android, search for "iwarm3" in Google play or on our website and download it.
    Turn on the App and the bluetooth, make sure the product and your phone are within 2 meters. Then, long press the controller until the blue light flashes.
    Click the “+” to add your product and it will be paired with the bluetooth. Then you can move the slider to adjust the temperature on the App interface.
    Pregnant women and those with heart disease may use this product with caution

  • 1.Search for the App and download it

  • 2.Turn on the App and the bluetooth, make sure the product and your phone are within 2 meters. Then, long press the controller until the blue light flashes.

  • 4.Adjust the temperature on App
    A.Move the slider to adjust the temperature after connection (simultaneously regulating the temperature of each panel by default); The target temperature is shown on the top of the screen while the actual temperature of each panel is shown on the bottom
    B. Click on the button“actual temperature”on the bottom of the screen to control the temperature individually.Click on that button again to turn off that panel (the button turning Grey). Click on the button in the middle of the page to simultaneously regulate the temperature of each panel again.
    C.Click on the area “A1” on the bottom of the screen (where the flashing arrow points) to name the product A and panel A1.
    D.Click on the button“...”to disconnect the product or add new devices
    E.If you have connected several products, you can horizontally move the page to check all devices.


2.USE failure

When I connect a power bank, the controller flashes just 1 or 2 times then it becomes dark. Why?

Because the USB head of the vest and the charger port are not tightly connected.

When I connect a power bank, the controller flashes in purple color. Why?
  • 1.To make sure the power bank match the parameters. Please try again .
    And the parameters are as follows.
    A.For normal garment use: 1 of 5V/2A USB output AND overall power of the power bank should be greater than or equal to 10W
    B.For unusual garment use (accessories/customization/special size) : Depending on customers’ requirements, different panel size, power would lead to different specifications of power bank (rated voltage and current).
  • 2.If the purple light still flashes after you reconnect, please contact the merchant to return the product.

After I turn off my vest on the APP or on the switch button the vest is turned on automatically after a while. Why?
  • ◎Connect power bank:
    Take out the USB of the iwarm product. Connect the USB with the power bank correctly and then the product can be used.
  • The APP you are using has not been upgraded, you need to follow the steps of APP Operation Manual to upgrade again.(You can get that through the link:

My USB cable in the vest is broken off. Is it possible to repair?
  • It can be repaired, but it needs to be sent back to China for repair, which takes a certain amount of time. We recommend that you exchange it directly with the merchant.

How should I download the APP to my phone?

① IOS: You can search for “iwarm3 or iwarm4” in the App Store and download it.

② Android: You can search for it on Google and download it.

Can I use any type of power back to my vest?

No, you can only use a power bank that matches the parameters. And the parameters are as follows.

  • For normal garment use: 1 of 5V/2A USB output AND overall power of the power bank should be greater than or equal to 10W
  • For unusual garment use (accessories/customization/special size) : Depending on customers’ requirements, different panel size, power would lead to different specifications of power bank (rated voltage and current).

    Note: If using 2 sets of iwarm systems at the same time (any version) : 2 USB output ports, can output 5V/2A at the same time AND each USB output need to be greater than or equal to 10W, then the overall power of the power bank should be greater than or equal to 20W.

How should I connect my power bank to the vest?
  • Simply plug the USB of the vest into the port of your power bank.

Sometimes when I connect my power bank to the vest, it is possible to connect APP without Bluetooth mode. Why is that?
  • That's because your phone has been connected to the vest before, and it has a memory function. So the second time you connect, you don't need to go back into Bluetooth mode.

After a while in use, the controller is flashing. Why is that?
  • When the temperature of the vest has reached the set temperature, the controller will be flashing.

Why is the USB contact/cable in plastic? It might break.
  • A.Because the plastic is an insulator, it is not easy to conduct electricity. Then it is safer.
  • B.Because the plastic is washable

Can I wash the garment with I-warm panels ?
  • Please wash the garment in strict accordance with the instructions!
